Craps in Pakistan: Dice Rules, Bets and Online Game Guide
Craps uses two dice, but the meaning of a roll depends on the wager and the stage of the game. A seven can win a Pass Line wager on the come-out roll and lose it after a point has been established. Understanding that change is more useful than treating particular numbers as always good or bad.

This guide explains the main sequence, bet categories, payouts and the information to check on a game interface. It does not recommend verified accepting operators or describe dice games as safe income. Read our Pakistan casino guide for location considerations and our reviews hub for comparison standards.
The come-out roll and established point
For a conventional Pass Line wager, a come-out seven or eleven wins; two, three or twelve loses. Four, five, six, eight, nine or ten establishes the point. Once established, repeating that point before seven wins the wager; seven first loses it.
The Massachusetts Gaming Commission’s craps rules document these stages. They are a primary game reference for that jurisdiction, not authorization for online gambling in Pakistan or certification of an overseas website.
A point marker helps identify the current stage. Read it together with the accepted wager rather than looking only at the most recent dice total. A roll history can be useful, but it should not replace the current status displayed by the game.
Pass Line and Don’t Pass are not exact opposites
In a standard bar-twelve game, Don’t Pass wins on a come-out two or three, loses on seven or eleven, and pushes on twelve. After a point is established, seven before the point wins; the point first loses. Check the displayed bar rule.
The twelve exception means a Pass Line loss does not always correspond to a Don’t Pass win. Other versions can have different conditions. A diagram or short description calling the wagers opposites should not replace the actual settlement rules.
Read whether and when an accepted wager can be removed. Contract wagers can have restrictions after a point is established. A button disappearing or becoming unavailable may reflect the game’s rules rather than a technical fault.
Come and Don’t Come wagers
Come and Don’t Come wagers begin their own sequence after the main come-out. Their first resolving roll can establish a separate number. That number may differ from the main table point, so track each wager independently.
New Zealand’s official craps game rules describe these wagers and additional bet categories. Their existence in that document does not mean every online game offers the same set of options or settlement conditions.
Several active wagers can react differently to one roll. Read the position and status of each rather than assuming the table point controls them all. A clear interface should identify which bets are accepted, waiting for a number or already attached to one.
A worked sequence without additional wagers
Consider a hypothetical Pass Line sequence: the come-out shows six, followed by nine, four and six. Six is the established point, and the later six resolves that wager as a win. The intermediate totals do not resolve that particular wager.
If the same sequence ended with seven instead, the established Pass Line wager would lose. That differs from a seven on its initial come-out. The example illustrates timing, not a prediction about the next roll or an instruction to place a wager.
When reviewing a disputed result, identify when the wager was accepted, which number became its point and which later roll resolved it. An isolated screenshot of the final total may omit the information needed to understand settlement.
Why dice totals have different probabilities
With two independent fair six-sided dice, there are thirty-six ordered combinations. Seven has six combinations, six and eight have five each, five and nine have four each, four and ten have three each, three and eleven have two each, and two and twelve have one each.
This is a calculation for the stated fair-dice model, not proof that a website implements that model correctly. It explains why totals are not equally likely. Reading the number of boxes on a layout does not reveal the probability of the outcomes printed in them.
A long gap since a particular total does not make it guaranteed to arrive next. Under the independent-roll model, the next roll’s probabilities do not change because the scoreboard shows a streak. Treat past results as records rather than promises.
Place, buy, lay and other categories
A place wager on a number generally concerns that number arriving before seven. Buy and lay wagers have different payout and commission arrangements. Hardways concern a double-dice combination before specified losing results; field and proposition wagers can settle on a single roll.
Those descriptions identify categories rather than reproduce a complete table specification. Check the exact number, qualifying event, payout, commission and working status. A large advertised award can correspond to an unlikely event and does not establish favourable expected value.
Compare the complete paytable for the named version. Similar labels can use different conditions, and an optional wager may have rules unrelated to the main point. Do not transfer the settlement of one category to another because both appear near the same number.
Odds wagers and the meaning of true odds
A true-odds description means the payout matches the probability relationship under the specified model. It does not mean the wager cannot lose or that the whole session has no house advantage. Check the conditions attaching an odds wager to its underlying bet.
Read maximum multiples, permitted amounts and rounding conventions. A table’s odds limit describes available exposure, not an amount a customer should commit. Increasing an additional stake can increase the size of a loss even where a mathematical comparison looks attractive.
Keep the underlying wager and any additional odds separate in the record. If the provider advertises a combined return figure, establish exactly which stakes it includes. A percentage calculated across a package of wagers is not necessarily the same measure as the edge on the original bet.
Payout notation, commissions and total returned
A payout quoted as one to one usually describes profit relative to the stake. A hypothetical winning hundred-unit wager at that ratio produces a hundred units of profit plus the returned hundred-unit stake. That is different from describing the total return as a hundred units.
Commissions can further change the amount credited. Read when a charge is collected, which amount it is calculated on and whether it applies only to wins. A prominent payout label can omit a commission explained elsewhere in the rules.
These arithmetic examples explain notation, not recommended stakes or expected results. Keep the accepted amount, paytable and any charge together when checking settlement. Ask verified support to clarify an inconsistency rather than interpreting a rounded display as the complete calculation.
Working bets and come-out settings
A wager may be active for some stages and inactive for others. Read how the game uses on and off markers, especially around a new come-out. An accepted wager still displayed on the layout is not necessarily working on the next roll.
Check whether the interface carries settings into later rounds and what its repeat function actually repeats. Do not assume it repeats only the wager you had in mind. Several small-looking positions can create a larger total commitment when repeated together.
A useful round history identifies working status as well as amount and outcome. If that information is missing, request the relevant record. The current layout, a repeat control and an account balance each answer different questions.
Software and live dealer craps
A software interface and a live streamed table are delivery formats. Neither is automatic evidence of fair implementation, account eligibility or reliable withdrawals. Identify the game provider, exact rules and operator information rather than relying on a polished presentation.
For a live format, read bet closing times, connection-loss rules and the procedure for invalid rolls. For software, inspect the help panel and settlement record. A delayed picture or dropped connection does not necessarily cancel an accepted wager.
Where a demonstration is available, it can help explain the controls. Demo results do not predict future real-money outcomes or reproduce the practical financial effect of losses. Our reviews hub explains why comparisons need evidence beyond interface appearance.
Mobile and browser compatibility
A craps layout can contain many wager areas, so readability matters on a small screen. Check whether amounts, status markers, rules and confirmation controls remain clear. An overlay or a narrow viewport can hide important information even when the game technically loads.
Our no-download guide, Mac guide and mobile information discuss access questions. Browser compatibility remains separate from payment availability and customer eligibility in Pakistan.
Avoid installing software from unsolicited links or giving remote access to someone claiming to improve a table. Use official support information for technical problems. Account credentials and sensitive payment records should not be disclosed as part of a routine display complaint.
Bonuses and game exclusions
A general casino offer may exclude craps or give it a different wagering contribution. Read eligible games, maximum stakes, expiry and withdrawal conditions. A headline multiplier is incomplete without the rules defining which wagers count.
If a hypothetical offer credited ten percent of eligible stakes, a hundred units of qualifying wagers would add ten units of progress. This example explains contribution rates; it does not describe a verified offer or recommend committing that amount.
Check whether particular wager categories are excluded and how multiple active positions affect stake limits. Our bonuses guide and no-deposit guide explain promotion conditions. Do not increase spending simply to finish an offer or treat promotional credit as guaranteed cash.
Banking and withdrawals
A game being available does not establish that a payment method works for your account. Our banking hub links to credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, USDT and the crypto overview.
Assess verification, complete fees, account currencies and withdrawal support independently from game payouts. A settled winning wager does not guarantee immediate withdrawal. Internal review, promotional conditions and receiving-service processing may affect availability.
Keep payment references separate from dice-round records. A missing withdrawal requires processing details; a disputed roll requires the accepted wager, working status and rules. Use verified complaints channels and retain written explanations.
Systems, limits and comparison standards
Changing stake sizes after losses changes exposure, not the dice model or payout rules. A progression can encounter a personal limit or table maximum before any hoped-for recovery. One successful sequence is not evidence of a dependable income method.
Set monetary and time limits independently of recent results. Count all active wagers rather than only one position on the layout. Do not borrow or use essential household funds. Read our real-money guide and responsible gambling information for wider risk considerations.
For comparisons with baccarat, blackjack or roulette, use each game’s own rules. This guide does not claim personal payment testing or certify a currently accepting operator. Our editorial policy and affiliate disclosure explain the publishing approach.
Report an inaccurate or outdated passage through the contact page, with the exact claim and a supporting source. A useful correction identifies the version and rule concerned rather than replacing one blanket statement with another.
Craps FAQs
1. What is a come-out roll?
It is the roll beginning the main Pass Line sequence. It can settle that wager immediately or establish a point, depending on the total.
2. Is seven always a losing number?
No. Seven wins a conventional Pass Line wager on the come-out, but loses it after a point is established. Other wagers have their own rules.
3. Which totals can establish a point?
In conventional craps, four, five, six, eight, nine and ten can establish the main point.
4. Does Don’t Pass win whenever Pass Line loses?
No. In a standard bar-twelve game, a come-out twelve loses Pass Line but pushes Don’t Pass. Check the exact bar rule.
5. Are Come wagers tied to the main point?
A Come wager can establish its own number. Track its sequence separately from the main table point.
6. Are all dice totals equally likely?
No. Two independent fair six-sided dice produce different numbers of combinations for each total. Seven has six combinations, while two and twelve each have one.
7. Does a true-odds label mean I cannot lose?
No. It describes a payout relationship under stated assumptions. The wager can still lose and increases the amount exposed.
8. Does every casino bonus include craps?
No. Promotions can exclude craps or limit qualifying wagers. Check contribution, stake limits, expiry and withdrawal conditions.
9. Does a dropped connection cancel accepted wagers?
Do not assume so. The provider’s disconnection, missed-action and settlement policies determine how an accepted round is handled.
10. Does website access establish eligibility in Pakistan?
No. Game access, account acceptance, payment support and applicable requirements are separate. Check current terms and seek qualified advice where needed.
